the shower was really dirty. but the hotel had an excellent happy hour with yummy snacks. staff were super friendly, giving us a snack bag and water. the room was spotless and cozy!

service could use some improvement. Upon arrival, I appreciated the friendly welcome and the beautiful decor. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unprepared during our breakfast rush. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the amenities nearby.

I had a wonderful stay with a spacious room and an impressive breakfast that included tasty hot items and local beer. The staff, especially Tina, made me feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout my visit. However, I would have appreciated a wider selection of fruits for breakfast.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay with our teenage daughter. The facilities were super clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety. We also appreciated the 24-hour fitness center, perfect for a quick workout after exploring Lake Geneva.

My kids wished the pool area had more seating for families.
